YOUR FIRST STEPS TOWARDS RECOVERY
APPLICATION
Once you have made financial arrangements with our Addiction's Specialist, you will complete your pre-intake assessment form over the phone. Applicants who are being sponsored by an outside agency must provide a letter of confirmation of funding before completing an intake assessment. Beds cannot be held without a deposit.
INTAKE
Once your application has been approved and financial requirements have been confirmed, our staff will contact you to schedule an admission date, confirm travel arrangements, and provide a packing list.
MEDICAL ASSESSMENT
Upon arrival, you will be assessed by a Psychiatric Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatrist to establish a baseline from which your journey will evolve.
MEDICAL DETOX
At Kelburn, we use medically assisted detox (MAT) as part of our 42-day treatment to help alleviate the discomfort associated with withdrawal symptoms, including anxiety, depression, seizures, and more.

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Our Addiction's Specialist will discuss financial requirements during the pre-intake interview. A deposit of $5,000 must be provided prior to intake being scheduled and the balance owing to be paid upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheques, and
E-transfers. Agencies or employers who are funding treatment, can speak directly to our Clinic Manager to make payment arrangements.
